Delivery times and further information
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days, and our delivery time is usually 7–10 working days. Depending on your location, your order may arrive even sooner. Please always refer to the information in the respective product description, as some items may currently have longer delivery times.
We work closely with our shipping partners and strive to deliver all packages within the stated delivery time. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, incorrect address information, problems with the shipping partner, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Should a package be lost, missing, or if delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will arrange for the order to be reshipped.
Packages whose delivery has been confirmed by the shipping provider will be inspected and are non-refundable until the issue is resolved.
