1. General Provisions

1.2. These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties in connection with the purchase and sale of goods in the online shop.

1.3. The seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the online store’s website and apply only to orders placed after publication.

2. Conclusion of the purchase agreement

2.2. The seller is entitled to refuse or cancel orders if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other illegal activities. Payments already made will be refunded in this case.

3. Seller’s rights

3.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing, technical, or system error. Any payments already made will be refunded.

3.4. The seller may refuse performance or cancel an order if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or if false information has been provided by the buyer.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The seller undertakes to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the online shop in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.2. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the buyer and these terms and conditions.

4.3. If the seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to unforeseen circumstances, he is entitled to terminate the contract after informing the buyer in advance. In this case, the buyer may accept a replacement delivery or request a refund within 14 working days.

4.4. Tritt der Käufer gemäß diesen Bedingungen vom Vertrag zurück, erstattet der Verkäufer dem Käufer den Kaufpreis innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der zurückgesendeten Waren.

4.5. Der Verkäufer ist berechtigt, die Rückerstattung bis zum Eingang der Waren oder bis zum Nachweis der Rücksendung zurückzuhalten.

4.6. Gibt der Käufer die Waren nicht zurück, gibt er sie nur teilweise zurück oder wurden die Waren über das zur Prüfung erforderliche Maß hinaus benutzt, behält sich der Verkäufer das Recht vor, eine Teilrückerstattung entsprechend dem Wertverlust vorzunehmen, den Erstattungsbetrag für nicht zurückgesendete Waren einzubehalten oder einen durch übermäßige Nutzung entstandenen Wertverlust gemäß den EU-Verbraucherschutzvorschriften abzuziehen.

5. Rechte des Käufers

5.1. Der Käufer hat das Recht, Waren gemäß diesen Bedingungen zu erwerben.

5.2. Der Käufer hat das Recht, innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Kaufvertrag zurückzutreten.

5.3. Dieses Recht besteht nur, wenn die Waren nicht beschädigt, nicht übermäßig benutzt und nicht wesentlich in ihrem Erscheinungsbild verändert wurden.

6. Pflichten des Käufers

6.1. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, die Waren zu bezahlen und sie gemäß diesen Bedingungen anzunehmen.

6.2. Verweigert der Käufer die Annahme der Waren ohne berechtigten Grund, trägt er die Rücksendekosten.

6.3. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, die Lieferung bei Erhalt gemeinsam mit dem Zusteller oder einem Vertreter des Verkäufers zu überprüfen.

6.4. Der Käufer muss bei der Bestellung korrekte Angaben machen. Der Verkäufer haftet nicht für Lieferausfälle aufgrund falscher Angaben des Käufers.

6.5. Der Käufer verpflichtet sich, keine automatisierten Methoden zur Datenerfassung zu verwenden, nicht in den Betrieb der Website einzugreifen und die Website nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen.

7. Preise der Waren

7.1. Alle Preise sind in Euro angegeben und verstehen sich ohne Mehrwertsteuer, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

7.2. Versandkosten werden, sofern anwendbar, im Checkout hinzugefügt.

7.3. Bei Preisfehlern ist der Verkäufer berechtigt, die Bestellung vor dem Versand zu stornieren.

8. Bestellung und Zahlung

8.2. Mit der Bestätigung der Bestellung erklärt sich der Käufer mit diesen Bedingungen und der Datenschutzerklärung einverstanden.

8.3. Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Online-Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden.

9. Lieferung der Waren

9.1. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, eine korrekte Lieferadresse anzugeben.

9.2. Die Lieferung an die angegebene Adresse gilt als ordnungsgemäße Lieferung.
